Sattvo offers a curated collection of traditional Indian products including clothing (Dhoti, Kurta, Saree, Gopi Dress, Silk Dhoti), musical instruments (Mridanga, Kartal, Harmonium, Djembe, Wompar, Guitar), and Jewellery.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product or its price at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for representation purposes only. Slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to photography and screen settings.
• In the case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected orders and issue a full refund.
• Promotional prices and offers are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined unless stated.

By placing an order on sattvostore.com, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing and a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address.
• We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
• All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. Sattvo does not store your card details.
• In the event of a failed payment, please do not re-order immediately — contact us to check whether the original transaction was processed.

Sattvo ships across India. Delivery timelines and charges vary based on your location, the product ordered, and the shipping method selected.

• Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after order confirmation.
• Express delivery options may be available at checkout for select pin codes.
• Sattvo is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
• Once an order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.
• Fragile items such as Harmoniums or large instruments may require additional packaging time and may have longer delivery windows.
